The whole country is in chaos due to the inevitable lockdown in the wake of the Corona Pandemic. Some governments even imposed curfews as their citizens violated the lockdown norms. Today at 8 PM, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the Nation on this Covid-19 pandemic.
On the other side, Modi and KCR agreed upon an important project which seems to be not happening in the near future. After the Covid-19 Outbreak in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an emergency video conference with all the Chief Ministers in the country and unlike others, KCR gave a good suggestion to the BJP Chief to eradicate Covid-19.
KCR said that there is an organization named CCMB in the state which is under the control of the center and asked Modi to order them to cooperate with the government In controlling the Covid-19 spread. For that, the CCMB needs to test the blood samples of suspects and KCR said that it has the capacity to test 1000 samples per day which will be helpful to other states also.
Modi also impressed with the advice of KCR and assured him that he will start the process. Days passed after this meeting but no progression has been taken place regarding this act. The actual truth is, CCMB lacks the basic facilities required for the Covid-19 testing and the center hasn’t provided any even after Modi gave his word to KCR.
On the other side, KCR who showed his smartness in the video conference didn’t make any attempt to contact the center regarding the usage of CCMB services. This level of negligence is definitely unacceptable especially when Covid-19 is exponentially increasing its effect in the county.
