Today Deepika Padukone reached the Mumbai Port Trust Guest House in Colaba at 9.45am on Saturday. From this place, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is proceeding it’s operations and began scrutinising Bollywood celebs in connection with the alleged drug scandal.
A news circulated in media that Deepika was the admin of a whatsapp group where she is accused of chatting with peddlers to avail the drugs, where a name called ‘Amith’ surfaced. With this development in the case, NCB summoned the actress on Wednesday where she acknowledged the notices on Thursday. Reportedly sources revealed that NCB made 20 exclusive questions for the actress.
Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh, among others, were also commanded for quizzing on the same day. On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan are scheduled to attend the investigation by the agency today .
Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash and Rajput’s former manager Shruti Modi were also grilled in the case on 25th September. While on the same day, Rakul Preet Singh’s confession was recorded after she was interrogated by the NCB for four hours on Friday. She was seen entering into the high security NCB building around 10.30am.
