‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ opened to Mixed Response in Telugu Circuits. Whereas, There is overwhelming feedback from all the territories dominated by Hindi, Tamil & Malayalam. What could be the actual reason?
Prabhas opened up on the mixed reaction on Day 1 of ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ at last. ‘Response from Hindi Audience is mind-blowing. Whereas, Telugu Audience complained about lack of emotions. My mind went completely blank with it,’ he reveals.
At the same time, Prabhas explains this happened because Telugu Audience have enormous expectations on ‘Baahubali’ as they knew what Rajamouli is capable of doing upon watching all of his previous films. ‘So, They took a bit of time to see it with a plain mind and thereafter it’s a smooth sailing,’ adds Young Rebel.
Usually, Prabhas will plan a tour with his friends ahead of his film releases. For ‘Baahubali 1’, Rajamouli’s Son Karthikeya didn’t allow him to do so. He was very particular that should remain in Hyderabad on the release day.
