The High courts of both Telugu States are extremely disappointed with the way the two governments are behaving in their own states. Both YSRCP and TRS won in their respective states with a bumper majority and it seems they are least bothered about laws, rules, and procedures to be followed before taking any action.
The TRS government is already facing immense criticism for conducting a very low number of COVID-19 confirmatory tests when compared to 90% of the Indian states. Now, the high court who are very furious about the response of the government ordered them to present them the report and data of the tests that are conducted so far.
Now, most dramatically, the High court orders the government to conduct tests to the people who are died in the recent period. These days, every death is being linked to Corona and already it is proved that many deaths that occurred in Telangana in the recent period are due to COVID-19 infection. Everyone suspects that the government deliberately hiding these reports to avoid panic in the people.
The High court strictly ordered the TRS government to conduct tests to the dead bodies and asked them to submit the data of the tests conducted between May 1 and May 25th and the list of the migrant workers who have been quarantined so far.
