With no single successful film to his credit after coming up with three movies including Akhil, Hello and Mr Majnu, young hero Akhil Akkineni became quite choosy when it comes to okaying projects. At a time when the shooting of his fourth film is going on, however, for the first time, he picked his fifth too.
After a lot of dilly-dallying, Akhil has come up with a film that has Bommarillu Bhaskar returning to Telugu films after a break. And then, the young hero is rumoured to be teaming up with Prashanth Varma of Awe fame upon Naga Chaitanya’s suggestion, but after looking at Kalki result, he has withdrawn the idea.
The latest update is that PS Mithran who made Inkokkadu with Vikram and is coming up with Hero now with Siva Karthikeyan has narrated a story to Akhil. Excited with the adventurous thriller, the young is said to be on cloud nine and looking forward to taking that project to floors.
With Pooja Hegde entering #Akhil4 as heroine, the film’s shooting is going on at a brisk pace and once the heroine returns from Hosuefull 4 promotions, Akhil will be wrapping some major portions and songs with her.
