No need to reiterate that Anushka Shetty has worked as a Yoga teacher in Bengaluru before she entered film industry. Similarly, needless to say that her impeccable curves are a result of years of Yoga practice.
However, the demanding characters she has essayed in her last two films – Baahubali and especially “Size Zero” took a toll on her body and forced her out of shape. There were rumors spread that heavy graphics work was used in Baahubali 2 to cover her obese look. She didn’t look in shape even when she made a recent public appearance.
It is heard that Anushka has finally decided to resort to Yoga to get back into the shape that she used to possess a few years ago. She believes that she can get back her immaculate figure only by practicing Yoga as per a well-planned schedule. Buzz in that Anushka is planning to take a sabbatical from films and practice yoga.
She will reportedly start shooting for her new commitments only after a significant break.
