Bollywood actress Zareen Khan, who is popularly known for her debut film, Veer, opposite Salman Khan, and for being a lookalike of Katrina Kaif, is now making a debut in Tollywood. She will soon be seen opposite Gopichand in the film Chanakya and it is being helmed by Tamil director Thiru. However, Mehreen Pirzada will be the female lead.
The actress, in one of the interviews, spoke about her new journey to Tollywood and on being back into films. She said she is very impressed with the dedication and face paced work in South film industry. Also, when she was asked about her favourite dancer, she went on to add that Allu Arjun is her favourite South star. ‘I just love how effortless he makes the dance look,’ she said.
Well, who doesn’t admire Allu Arjun’s trendy moves? He is a breath-taker when it comes to graceful and stylish dancing. Talking about South, Zareen added that she have heard a lot about how people here are professional and disciplined. ‘With Chanakya, I got to experience it first hand. I’m quite blown away with the pace at which movies are shot, it’s quite incredible.’ Chanakya is a spy-thriller with many high octane action scenes. Zareen has also done some of the action scenes in the movie. Though she is not the female lead, her role will have equal importance and value.
