67 days to go for the magnum Opus – Baahubali 2. While the first one was grand in every sense, the second part is going to be bigger and grander. Right from the visuals to the architecture to the war sequences – Baahubali 2 has lots in store for us. Like the first part, this movie will also release in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil on 28th April. But there has been an interesting request in the past few days. According to reports in The Hindu, members of The Kannada Grahakara Okkoota (KGO) took to social media to urge the Baahubali 2 team to dub the film in Kannada. Earlier The Kannada film chamber of commerce were against dubbed films but ever since, the KGO incessantly campaigned on social media, there has been a lot of support coming in for the dubbed version of Baahubali 2. In fact, the President of the Kannada film chamber of commerce has requested the Baahubali writer to release the film in Kannada. Wow! fans have spread out across the world for this film! We wonder if Kichha Sudeep will be part of this film as well., then they have a bigger reason to release the film in Kannada.
With Baahubali 2, we will finally have the answer to why Katappa killed Baahubali. The team finally wrapped up the film after three and half years on Jan 6. It was an overwhelming moment for the team, as the gruelling, strenuous shoot for this historical drama finally came to an end. While the film will hit theatres only in April, we have the first book in the series to look forward to – Rise of Sivagami. the book will be out on March 10. Also, there’s the virtual reality game, graphic novels and TV series to look forward to.
The movie stars Rana Daggubati, Prabhas, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty. The film is all set to release on April 28th, 2017. Can’t wait!
