‘Baahubali 2’ is creating sensations at the box office. It has achieved new milestones in Hindi which Khan hero films are unable to achieve till now. Some people couldn’t digest the historical success of a dubbing film. But the film unit didn’t treat it as a dubbing film. Tha’s the reason why they are able to reap the benefits now.
Devika Bahudanam has supervised the Hindi version dubbing works of ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ and ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’. She said that she had to face the attitude of Hindi dubbing artistes when they were working for ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’. She is saying that she worked on the film with a belief that ‘It’s an Indian film.. not just a Telugu film’. She said that she was surprised when she visited Mumbai along with the producer to oversee dubbing activities. Nobody was trying to understand the character.. story when they were dubbing for the film… they were just completing the work casually in a few hours.
She said that she asked a dubbing artiste to leave the dubbing theater beuause of the careless attitude. She warned them that if they don’t listen to her they can leave the room immeidately. As she took very good care of Hindi dubbing, Hindi version is running so well just like a direct Hindi film.
