Ban Bigg Boss show: AP BJP boss

The reality show Bigg Boss is the centre of discussion in the Telugu states for the last few days. Despite the controversies surrounding the show, the season 3 of Bigg Boss kick-started in a grand manner last night with King Nagarjuna as host.

Sree Mukhi, Siva Jyothi, Ravi Krishna, Ali Razi, Jaffer, Himaja, Rohini, Baba Bhaskar, Varun Sandesh, Vithik Sheru, Ashu Reddy, Rahul Sipligunj, Puparnavi Bhupalam, Hema and Mahesh Vitta are 15 inmates of the house.

Now Bigg Boss has drawn political attention. Andhra Pradesh BJP chief Kanna Lakshmi Narayana has called for a ban on the show. Kanna took to his official Twitter handle and wrote that this show is against Indian tradition and hurting the self-respect of women. “The youth are getting diverted because of such shows and I appeal to the governments of the Telugu states to take a call and ban them,” tweeted Kanna.

Well, the Telugu states government may not take Kanna’s tweet that seriously but if at all any controversy related to the show becomes big, then they would initiate an action.
