Small time comedian turned a big producer when he came up with films like Gabbar Singh, Baadshah and Temper. But then, he has to face lots of issues related to funds and payments, which forced him to go into silent mode. With back to back cost-failure projects affecting his prospects, he’s not producing films anymore.
Reports are now coming that Bandla is all set to make a comeback to production like how he made a comeback to acting recently. Very soon he will be bankrolling a film that will feature natural star Nani in the lead and will have a newcomer directing it. Already story discussions are over and the film might go for pre-production very soon, says a source.
Given his ‘blockbuster’ nature, usually, Bandla Ganesh runs after big directors and that too star directors, but this time it looks like he wants to come from the other way like a true producer. If he succeeds in this route, then it is going to be very big for him.
On the acting front, Bandla Ganesh will be next seen in Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru that is being directed Anil Ravipudi.
