Telangana CM KCR has estimated that the BJP might get 9 or 10 seats from South India and it’s overall tally in the lower house would get restricted to 130. Also KCR predicted that like BJP, Congress party would also get around 110 to 120 seats and it will be the regional parties that are going to play a crucial role in forming the government in New Delhi.
The TRS boss exuded confidence that his party will clean sweep the 16 seats out of the 17 and his pink party will be back bone of the next central government. But the Telangana BJP is hoping of getting at least couple of seats and giving a shock to the ruling party.
Well, not just KCR, many leaders from south and north are saying the same. The other day West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said, BJP will score zero in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. Like so BJP has no hopes on south and so it campaigned extensively in North India. Irrespective of the comments, BJP leaders Modi and Amit Shah have claimed that the party will get above 300 in their last press meet held in Delhi post completing the campaign.
