BJP Subramanian Swamy makes shocking revelations on BJP-TDP alliance

Ahead of the much-anticipated Tirupati by-elections, media reports are abuzz that the saffron party BJP might join hands with its former ally TDP to gain strength in Andhra Pradesh.

These reports gained significance as the BJP has taken the Tirupati by-elections seriously to increase its base in Andhra Pradesh to foray into the state.

When these reports are going rounds, BJP leader and Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy reacted to these media and cleared all the airs on BJP joining hands with TDP.

The BJP Rajya Sabha member took to Microblogging site Twitter to rubbish the reports of forming an alliance with the former ally Telugu Desam Party(TDP) in Andhra Pradesh.

“Those in Andhra dreaming of alliance of BJP and TDP in the future —Wake up. It is not going to happen. But I am not in favour of alliance with Jagan’s party since BJP must learn to stand on its own feet and not disgrace itself by crawling for an alliance for seats as in TN,” Subramanian Swamy’s tweet reads.

In his tweet, the MP has also opined that he will not favour the move to join hands with YSRCP, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s party.

The MP dropped a massive hint that the BJP has disgraced itself by making efforts to form an alliance in Tamil Nadu. He said, instead of doing the same, the party should grow on its own.

With the MP giving the massive revelations, some people believe that he indirectly expressed his dissatisfaction over the Jana Sena-BJP alliance as the MP batted for the need of BJP to grow independently.
