Botsa Has Doubts In Kodela’s Death, Calls For Investigation

Andhra Pradesh minister Botsa Satyanarayana said the Telangana government should thoroughly probe former speaker Kodela Siva Prasad untimely death.

Speaking to the media, Botsa said, “On Kodela’s death, some media houses published that he died unable to bare the revenge politics and after some time, they reported that he suffered heart stroke. We have doubts on it and request the Telangana government to probe the complete episode.”

Adding, “If anything critical happens to a person in Hyderabad, first he will be shifted to NIIMS or Care hospital or KIMS or Apollo. But here Kodela was admitted in Basavatarakam hospital which is a cancer clinic. What is the reason behind it,” questioned Botsa.

The minister further said, YSRCP never does filthy politics against a late politician. But we have to accept that Kodela was involved in few cases while dealing with them, he passed away. ”

Hyderabad Commissioner of Police, Anjani Kumar informed the media that they have informed three teams to investigate the case and they would get clarity on Kodela’s death based on the post-mertem report. The police have held search at Kodela’s residence and clues team is looking into every aspect.
