Interestingly among the releases that have fixed their dates in 2020, there is no name of Akhil Akkineni being heard. The young hero wants to make sure that this 4th film will impress the audience big time and establish him as a bankable hero who could pull both crowds and revenues.
Teaming up with Bommarillu Bhaskar and Geetha Arts, Akhil is making sure that his upcoming love story will be connecting with youths. And to make that reach more folks, he’s eyeing on a Summer release we hear. Now that almost all other major films are locking their dates, Akhil wants to shadow his brother Naga Chaitanya to April.
While Chay’s next being directed by Sekhar Kammula is set for April 1st week release, Akhil might up pick up either 3rd or 4th weeks of the same month for the release, we hear. Even Geetha Arts is hopeful that a summer release will help the movie recover its budgets easily.
#Akhil4 is yet to be titled and the film features Pooja Hegde as the leading lady.
