Chandrababu Receives A Call From Amit Shah

It is known that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and a few others went to Delhi earlier this week to complain against the YSRCP over the alleged attacks on the TDP party offices in the state. Despite meeting the President on the Delhi tour, Chandrababu Naidu could not get an appointment with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and others.

However, Chandrababu Nadu had managed to speak to Amit Shah over the phone reportedly. Media reports are abuzz that the Union Home Minister called Chandrababu Naidu and spoke to him. It is said that Chandrababu informed Amit Shah over the situations in the state.

As per the reports, Amit Shah called Chandrababu Naidu after he was informed that Babu tried to get an appointment with him. Chandrababu reportedly briefed the happenings in Andhra Pradesh to the Union Home Minister during the conversation.

Amit Shah was on a three-day tour in Jammu and Kashmir when Chandrababu Naidu visited the national capital Delhi. He visited the region after the incidents of attacks on the civilians and the jawans were reported from the region. As Amit Shah became free on Tuesday evening by concluding his tour, he reportedly called Chandrababu Naidu.

The burning situation in the state had forced former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to lodge a complaint against the YSRCP in connection with the attacks on the party offices. He left for Delhi days after sitting for a 36-hour protest against the attacks. TDP believes that YSRCP is behind the party office attacks.

During his visit, Chandrababu met President Ram Nath Kovind and placed a demand of imposing President’s Rule in Andhra Pradesh alleging that the law and order had slipped out of hand. He also complained against the alleged drug menace in the state.
