Ram Charan fans were surprised to know that their favorite hero has decided to do a movie with Boyapati Srinu at this point of his career.
Charan has been trying hard to shed the ‘mass hero’ tag by picking movies like Govindudu Andarivadele, Dhruva and Rangasthalam.
Charan decided to stay away from formulaic mass films to get closer to the family audiences.
His fans were taken by surprise when the actor decided to do a movie with Boyapati, who is known for making hardcore mass masala movies.
As per sources, Chiranjeevi insisted Charan on taking up Boyapati’s film before experimenting any further.
Chiranjeevi always believed in playing to one’s strengths than experimenting. Chiranjeevi doesn’t want Charan to lose his loyal mass fanbase in his attempt to finding new image.
Chiranjeevi advised Charan to do a mass film after two experimental films so that he wouldn’t lose his grip over mass centers.
Charan will get back to experimenting after Boyapati’s film which is touted to be a masala entertainer.
