Denduluru MLA and AP state government whip Chintamaneni Prabhakar, who is known for controversies and his candid nature, is at it again. Chintamaneni, who has been in news for wrong reasons, hit the headlines again after an alleged spar with the toll gate staff.
Going into details, MLA Chintamaneni was stopped by Toll gate staff at Khaja toll gate in Guntur for the toll fee. The MLA allegedly refused to pay the toll fee claiming that he is a public servant, legislator. Despite his influence, the toll gate staff did not budge and asked the legislator to pay the fee. Upset with them and felt insulted by the toll gate staff, the MLA has left his car at the toll gate as a mark of protest and boarded a bus along with his gunmen. Learning about the incident, police have reached the spot. This incident has become talking point in political circuits.
Meanwhile, the toll gate staff narrated a different story. They claimed that they did not recognize him as he wore a cap. They said they have recognised him later after seeing gunmen in his car. They further claimed that they have asked him to pass through the toll gate without fee, but he refused and left the car. They said they will ensure such incidents won’t happen again.
