Chiranjeevi: A lot of sacrifices were made

Megastar Chiranjeevi attended the labour day function that was held today, by the Telugu Film Federation, at the Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Stadium.

Chiru said that it gives him immense pride that the festival is being held by the Telugu Film Federation for the first time, and that he cancelled his trip to America to be here, as he could go to America any time, but this festival would only be held once.

Chiru said that he completely believes that the people working in the film industry are the most hard-working people in the world, as everyone has a certain time limit within which they would work, but that is not the case with the people working in the industry, as they are required to work round the clock. Chiru a lot of people made a lot of sacrifices in the industry to make sure that a film releases on time.

Chiru took the example of actor Nutan Prasad, who, despite having met with an accident recently and having hurt his spine, continued to act and complete Bamma Maata Bangaru Baata, through that pain, to make sure that the film releases on time.

He also took the example of director turned actor KB Tilak, who, when working on a film, when he was 70 years, continued to shoot for it, despite getting a call that told him his wife passed away, to make sure that the film releases on time.
