Chiranjeevi To Offer Special Pooja To Horses?

Megastar Chiranjeevi is prepping all the way to don the role of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy on the silver screen. From horse riding to knife-fights, from double barrel gun usage to final days of the feudal ruling in India, the film has many facets to be shown and our Matinee Idol will be the face of it.

A strange sentiment is, however, doing rounds in mega camp about Chiranjeevi climbing on the horse yet again. His most powerful appearance on horses dates back to Kodama Simham and Kondaveeti Donga days, and those films are super hits at box office. However, those horse ridings are not proving fruitful for him these days.

Chiru’s tryst with horses in movies like Anji, then recently in Bruce Lee haven’t worked out as the films turned flops. Hollywood film Abu Baghdad Gajadonga where Chiru travels on horses throughout the film got shelved midway. Even during his Prajarajyam political campaign, he climbed a horse and rode it, and the election results are not favourable. So what happens to his Uyyalawada act now if he rides a horse?

Even Chiranjeevi is said to be aware of this strange feeling and he met few pundits to discuss the needful to be done. Reports are coming that a special pooja will be offered for horses at Ram Charan’s farm house in the outskirts of Hyderabad city. As Charan happens to be the producer of this 151st film and also a devotional person, he too readily agreed for the ‘Santhi pooja’ to be done.
