Popular TDP youth leader Devineni Avinash has put an end to the days long speculations and officially quit the TDP this afternoon. Avinash tendered his resignation to his State Telugu Yuvatha President post and party’s primary membership and sent the resignation letter to Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
For the last few weeks, Avinash has been distancing himself from the party affairs, alleging that he was not given due importance. In this scenario, his father Devineni Nehru’s supporters have been reportedly been pressurising Avinash to join the ruling YSRCP.
Avinash is meets AP CM YS Jagan this evening joined the YSRCP. With Avinash’s exit, the already struggling TDP has further lost its foothold in Vijayawada politics.
