What could bring ripples within the Telugu Desam Party and come as a shock to the TDP High Command, YSRCP leader Avanthi Srinivas who recently shifted his loyalty from TDP has made the sensational statement. Revealing that HRD Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao’s aim is to become Chief Minister, he said that Minister Ayyannapathrudu knows best about Ganta and his dirty politics.
Criticising Ganta Srinivas Rao for neglecting district coordination committee meetings and not attending them, he said that Ganta has never been in touch with the people of Bheemli. “In fact, he sees them as lesser mortals. He doesn’t care about the people or cadre in his constituency. Also, I have never asked Chandrababu for MP seat. I asked for Bheemli seat but they gave me MP. I demand them to give an answer about why they gave me an MP seat,” he questioned TDP Chief.
Ganta Srinivas Rao, according to Avanthi Srinivas, takes Chandrababu as role model. “It is true. Chandrababu is great with fooling people and betraying them. He believes money can do anything. Ganta is also a similar person. He believes money can buy him anything. He is talking about ethics today,” he stated.
“I will work hard for YSRCP and ensure that the party wins. I will serve the party and I’m very thankful to Jagan,” he said, speaking to reporters today. He also warned Ganta not to comment on him and said that he has around 2 lakh student supporters. “If you unnecessarily rub me the wrong way, I will reveal all your dirty secrets,” he warned Ganta Srinivasa Rao.
