According to reports High Court Issued Notices to AP Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao over taking loans mortgaging government properties. Court has demanded explanation from Ganta Srinivasa Rao within 3 weeks as he guaranteed of the loan amounts. Sources say that Court has issued notices to him with regard to the bank loans of Prathyusha Company as Indian bank approached High Court over the recovery of crores of loan amounts. Ganta Srinivasa Rao has already gave his version on this earlier saying he is no longer associated with the company as he came out of it in the past.
