Hyderabad and Villages – TRS totally turned weak?

The ruling party in Telangana, Telangana Rashtra Samiti has proved its unanimous power in general elections that were held previously but were shook by Bharatiya Janatha Party in Lok Sabha polls.

However, they regained their lost glory within no time by proving their supremacy in the municipal elections. Now, after a major turn around, it seems like BJP has got a chance to take over TRS’s stronghold in Telangana for one more time.

It seems like the TRS cadre has become completely weak in villages as the high command is in no mood to care about them, especially in rural areas. There are no committees being held and no notable development works have been taken place in the past few months. This COVID pandemic tension seems to be got the better of KCR and KTR who completely neglected to make sure of their virtual existence in villages.

A local survey clarified that especially in Northern Telangana villages, the TRS has become very weak. In Karimnagar, Nizamabad and Adilabad where BJP had won parliamentary seats previously, still holds a strong base in those villages.

On the other side, the Hyderabad people as well are very frustrated with the way the TRS is handling this COVID crisis. There has been so much negativity on the TRS in many parts of the city and the people in the nearby under-developed areas, villages are reportedly looking for an alternative party to take care of them. So, who is gonna grab this opportunity?
