As a part of the Netflix grand digital event ‘Tudum’, the popular OTT platform revealed their upcoming projects all across the globe in order to excite the fans. It consists of the upcoming seasons of popular shows like ‘Stranger Things’, ‘Never Have I Ever’, ‘Outer Banks’, a few Korean Shows, ‘Sex Education’ and many more. One of them is the Hollywood film ‘Heart Of Stone’ featuring Gal Gadot in the lead.
The teaser came out and it is high on action. After ‘Red Notice’, this is the next Netflix project of the ‘Wonder Woman’ actress and the Indian audience are more attracted to it as it has Alia Bhatt playing a key role. The ‘Brahmastra’ actress was seen in just one or two frames in the trailer. She plays the role of Keya Dhawan while Gal Gadot is seen as a notorious spy named Rachel Stone.
With her blink-and-miss appearance, fans worry that she might have been given the same kind of small role Dhanush managed to get in ‘The Grey Man’. As we know, Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans’ film was heavily promoted in India using Dhanush’s popularity but he was seen as an assassin whose character has two action sequences and a screen time of 10 minutes. After looking at the ‘Heart Of Stone’ teaser, fans of Alia are wondering if she got the same kind of tiny role as Dhanush or something bigger. Only time will tell!
‘Heart Of Stone’ is a spy thriller directed by Tom Harper. Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, Matthias Schweighofer, Paul Ready, Jing Lusi and others are also a part of this project which is coming out in 2023. Bankrolled by Skydance Media, Polit Wave and Mockingbird Pictures, Gal Gadot is also one of the producers. Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder provided the screenplay.
