Ever since the wedding of Akhil Akkineni and Shriya Bhupal was called off, there have been several rumours, speculations, theories in circulation. And here’s one more such theory that’s widely doing the rounds. Talk has it that the alleged rift between Nagarjuna and Shriya’s father was reportedly one such reason which could had led to the call off of the wedding. Apparently, it was related to assets sharing.
Since Akkineni is a joint family and have assets in family’s name, Nag said to have gently said no for assets sharing at this juncture. His brother Akkineni Venkat and sister Naga Susheela and Nag all share the assets. Also, talk is that Shriya’s parents were a bit curious over the assets sharing between Akhil and Chaitu who will be soon tying the knot with Samantha.
However, Nag was keen on not dividing assets now as his both sons are yet to settle in their career and he felt it’s too early. This said to had led to the differences between both the families resulting in calling off the wedding.
