Hero and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has condoled the death of former speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao. Speaking to the media Balakrishna recalled Kodela’s contribution when legendary NTR wanted to set up cancer hospital in Hyderabad.
“When my father NTR planned for a cancer hospital, it was Kodela who came forward and played a significant role. I can’t forget his invaluable contribution then and I still can’t digest the fact that he is no more with us,” said Balakrishna.
Reacting on the events that took place in Basavatarakam hospital, NBK said, when he (Kodela) was brought, his condition was critical. Doctors have checked his BP, Pulse but by then it was too late. They tried every possible thing.
