In the latest episode of Koilamma, Sameer finds Amar gloomy and asks him the reason behind it. Amar refuses to open up and leaves. Sameer realizes that Amar is being burdened by Kokila. He decides to reveal the truth to Ramesh Chandra and throw her out of the house. He calls up Ramesh Chandra and says he is coming to the office to discuss something important.
On his way to the office, Upalakshitha calls him to share something important with him. Sameer replies that he can’t give her time as he is occupied something really important. Upalakshitha realizes that conditions might worsen for Kokila if she doesn’t disclose Kokila’s truth to Sameer. She goes to Sameer’s office.
While Sameer is apprehensive about revealing the truth to Ramesh Chandra, the office assistant informs him that Upalakshitha is waiting for him. Ramesh Chandra asks Sameer to meet her first. Sameer reluctantly meets her and spares a couple of minutes. He initially refuses to hear anything about Kokila.
However, Upalakshitha finally reveals that she never loved him (Sameer) and had to marry Amar only to save her parents who were critically ill. She adds that Kokila has lost everything in life and yet everyone hates her. Upalakshitha asks Sameer not to create new problems for Kokila. This leaves Sameer shattered.
