Versatile hero Rana Daggubati and talented actress Sai Pallavi’s intense love drama ‘Virataparvam’ is finally hitting the big screens on 17th June. The trailer raised the expectation massively and the multiple pre-release events which were organised by the team in various parts of Telugu states helped in raising the buzz heavily.
The team organised special screenings for colleagues and bigwigs in the film industry. Seems like they are massively impressed by Rana and Sai Pallavi’s film. As we know, Krish made ‘Krishnam Vande Jagadgurm’ with Rana as the lead. Getting praise from such a director is a huge boost for the movie’s unit.
Rana plays the role of Comrade Ravanna in this movie which is inspired by the true events of the 1990s. He writes poetry in this film and his pen name is Aranya. Sai Pallavi plays the role of Vennela who is a big admirer of Ravanna’s poetry. The film also has an amazing star cast comprising Priyamani, Nanditha Das, Naveen Chandra, Zareena Wahab, Eswari Rao, Sai Chand, Benarji, Nagineedu, Rahul Ramakrishna, Devi Prasad and others.
Dani Sanchez Lopez is the cinematographer along with Divakar Mani. Suresh Bobbili scored the music and Raju Sundaram is the choreographer while Stephen Richard along with Peter Hein composed the fights. Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri and Suresh Babu, Venu Udugula made this film with a Naxalite backdrop.
