After making 9+ crores share from its weekend, it looks like Mega hero Sai Tej’s latest movie Chitralahari is going to push its distributors into safe havens. Though the film will not be a blockbuster of epic promotions, its good that it is not going to burn anybody’s pocket.
Despite getting average ratings from critics, Chitralahari has made sure to impact youths with its subtle message and thereby did well at the box office. Also, the summer holidays and relaxed mood post the election in Andhra Pradesh is helping the ticket meter tick forward.
Other day none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi has watched the film and felt that director Kishore Tirumala conveyed a subtle message through the movie for youths which impressed him. At the same time, he felt that Posani has stunned everyone in father’s role, while Sunil provided the much needed comic relief. All said and done, Chiru appreciated Sai Dharam Tej’s matured acting too. And pre praised producer Mythri Movie Makers as an address of successful films.
With this review of Chiru, the film’s unit is expecting that the collections will take an upward turn from Monday. Let’s see what happens.
