Rather going for ‘save the world’ kind of films or indulging in too much of love from childhood onwards, it looks like finally Akhil Akkineni has choosen a film that matches his age and energy. And here goes the trailer talk of “Mr Majnu” which is taking romantic genre lovers by a surprise.
Of course, the first thing that comes to mind after watching Mr Majnu trailer is, it looks more like an ‘Orange’ of Akhil. The whole concept sounds like that Ram Charan’s film only, but this time there is more of emotion, feel and vibe in Mr Majnu. We have to say that director Venkly Atluri has done a fab job.
Coming to Akhil, this time he is more impresive than in Akhil and Hello. Especially his way of dealing delicate feelings and conveying that he could love a girl for a maximum of ‘one month’ is attractive. At the same time, heroine Nidhi Aggerwal also looked very confident and added right dimension to the film. Others like Rao Ramesh and Subbaraju made impact just with their presence.
And the talk around this trailer will not be completed until we talk about George C Williams cinematography and Thaman’s stunning background score. Both took the film’s range to next level. Hope the content works in favour of Akhil at the box office as Mr Majnu might steal hearts big time.
