Naga Babu Konidela gave a strong counter to Nandamuri Balakrishna when the latter made caustic remarks against Chiranjeevi for not inviting him the meetings conducted to discuss the resumption of shoots.
But the controversy has now subsided. Naga Babu is now telling me that he has no issue with Balakrishna at all.
In an interview with BBC, the actor said that the issue with Balakrishna is a closed chapter.
“I don’t think he has malicious intent when he made comments. I believe he responded on spur of the moment. C Kalyan and Tammareddy have spoken to him and he explained to them that he didn’t have any grudge against anyone. So, the issue has ended,” Naga Babu explained.
Quite contrary to his fiery speech in his YouTube videos, Naga Babu is maintaining a cautious approach when Balakrishna’s name mentioned.
“I too don’t have any personal issues with him,” he continued.
Apparently, the bigwigs of Tollywood have intervened in the issue and made a truce between both the parties.
