Nagarjuna’s Wild Dog skipped direct to OTT release and hit the silver screens on 2nd of this month. The film could not perform particularly well at the box office and ended up as a dud.
The latest news is that Wild Dog will be premiering on Netflix later next month.
Wild Dog made a sizeable profit from Netflix OTT rights as the noted platform offered Rs 27 crores for the rights of the Nagarjuna starrer.
Wild Dog is not a Netflix original and it is just another one of Netflix’s mainstream releases.
Wild Dog is an action thriller which appeals to digital audiences and it might do comparatively better on the digital streaming platform.
The film is directed by Ahishor Solomon and produced by Niranjan Reddy under Matinee Entertainments banner.
