New shock to AP Sircar at Supreme court? Nimmagadda’s masterstroke

On Friday, the AP High court gave a sensational decision which came out as a shock to Jagan’s Government. The High Court made it a routine to contradict with the AP government and in that manner, they issued orders that Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has to be reinstated as the SEC. So, Nimmagadda took charge as the State Election Commissioner and his tenure will end in 10 months.

In the meantime, YSRCP couldn’t digest these orders and they are very desperate to gain an upper hand on the High court. From the beginning, Ramesh Kumar was very cool and calm in the issue and most importantly confident when compared to the AP government.

Now, as the AP government has decided to take this issue to the supreme court, Nimmagadda Ramesh wants to have an advantage forehand Jagan. So, the lawyer on his side, Narra Srinivasa Rao filed the KVIT petition in the supreme court, under which the court has to hear the argument of Nimmagadda’s advocate before considering the ‘petition of stay’ which will be filed by the AP government sooner.

This is a masterstroke from Nimmagadda Ramesh who is proceeding as a one-man-army against Jagan and his ever-powerful government.
