Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar’s new weapon on AP Govt!

From the moment Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar was removed from the SEC post by the controversial ordinance issued by the AP government, there were a lot of twists happened till now. Nimmagadda asked the center for protection and left to Telangana after filing a petition in AP High court.

Recently, the high court ordered the AP government to reinstate Ramesh Kumar as the SEC of AP. But, Jagan’s government didn’t care about the orders given the AP high court and termed the reinstatement as INVALID. Now, Nimmagadda wants to keep the government under immense pressure when they are getting ready to file the counter-petition to the high court’s decision in the Supreme Court.

Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar wants to file the petition against the AP government under the ‘contempt to the court orders’ which is a very serious offense in the sense of the Indian Judicial system. If that happens, the judges will take this issue seriously and the AP government has to report to the center about the government’s stand.

On the other side, the YSRCP government is using the loopholes in the system. They say that Nimmagadda needs to be appointed by the government and he has no power to join the post on his own. They have already canceled the procedure done by the secretary for the reinstatement of the SEC and are looking to go to the supreme court to counter the high court.

So, it seems we will have to wait some more time to find out who gains the upper hand in this long-lasting issue. What do you think? Is it Nimmagadda or Jagan’s government?
