The Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams (TTD) has officially announced its new governing body comprising of 28 members. Earlier reports came that TTD would have 25 members but the final figure went up by three members.
The 28 members panel has eight from Andhra Pradesh, seven from Telangana, four from Tamil Nadu, three from Karnataka and one each from Maharashtra and New Delhi. There are MLAs too in the governing body. My Home Groups chairman Jupally Rameshwara Rao too got a place.
The remaining four members are Endowment department special chief secretary, TTD EO, Endowment department commissioner and TUDA chairman. They will be acting as Ex-Officio members.
