Now, Jagan decides to go after judges..?

Already many of the AP people are criticizing the YSRCP supremo Jagan Mohan Reddy for focussing on not-so-important issues when the economy is in the derailed state in AP and the administration is being run on the money that has been brought by the debts.

Jagan who launched an SIT team to probe into the alleged irregularities and illegal activities happened in the capital establishment of the AP state, Amravati and now he pulled certain judges in this ruckus for having links with the land scams in Amaravati, allegedly.

YSRC MP Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose said, “the present Supreme Court should take up a suo motu case against some judges who were allegedly involved in land dealings in Amaravati.” He reminded that when there were certain allegations against the President of India V V Giri, then the Supreme Court had called him for questioning.

Pilli Subhash stressed that law and set of rules couldn’t be different for police, politicians, common man, and judicial officers. He said Supreme Court and Prime Minister Narendra Modi had the responsibility to respond to the allegations against judges and take action when the prestige of the judiciary was being damaged because of some judges.

“We don’t have any intention to degrade the judiciary but what all e want is to take any action on anybody irrespective of their stature and whether they are judges or not,” Pilli concluded.
