Nithin will be doing a family entertainer next. Well, after the debacle of LIE, he got a jolt and has decided to get back to the comfort zone with a family or romantic drama.
And Dil Raju’s efforts to rope in a star hero for director Satish Vegesna’s directorial project have been successful. With a series of hits like “Ishq”, “Gunde Jaari Gallanthaindhe” and “A Aa”, Nithin has become a bankable star among younger heroes. With LIE, he wanted to go up another level, but the film was a box-office disaster.
Given Dil Raju’s Midas touch, Nithin believes this is the best time to do family dramas. Dil Raju had earlier produced “Dil” with Nithin and now they are working together after a long time. Dil Raju earlier planned this movie with NTR Jr, but the actor had no dates. So, Nithin was approached.
The film will start rolling from January 2018. Titled “Srinivasa Kalyanam”, the film is aiming a Sankranthi 2019 release.
