Bongunuri Mahendra Reddy, who is a successful businessman and founding Vice president of Janasena party, has now been nominated by Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan in order to contest from Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency. On Saturday, during a meeting at the state party office ( Vijayawada), Mahendra Reddy’s candidature has been officially announced.
Pawan Kalyan spoke to the press and appreciated Mahendra Reddy’s initiative in joining hands with the party. Pawan said that Mahendra Reddy’s efforts have been aimed at helping the society and in fact, he left his wealthiest business for improvement of welfare of the people. Back in 2016, Pawan has given Mahendra the responsibility of Janasena Telangana division. Both have been collaborating for various works since one and half decades.
Mahendra Reddy is said to be associated with Mega family even before Prajarajyam has been founded. In fact, he was chosen as Medak’s PRP candidate back then. But he could not submit his nomination as he was reportedly stuck in tedious traffic. Therefore, Pawan said that they are utilizing his potentiality now as a second chance.
He urged all his party workers to enourage and put efforts for Mahendra’s triumph this time. Pawan also wished to see Mahendra as Malkajgiri MP very soon.
