Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan is back to doing movies and is on a signing spree. He has been charging around Rs. 40 Cr plus a share in profits for every movie that he signs now.
As he signed up three movies after his re-entry, Pawan Kalyan is investing the money in real estate like he always do.
Buzz has it that Pawan Kalyan has bought a luxurious premium flat in Jayabheri venture located on the Outer Ring Road for a whopping Rs. 5 Cr.
The property was bought exclusively for his kids Akira and Aadhya. Pawan’s ex-wife Renu Desai has reportedly shifted to Hyderabad so that the kids can stay closer to their dad.
Pawan made sure that his kids have a nice place to live in Hyderabad by buying this expensive flat in one of the upmarket localities of Hyderabad.
Akira is seen hanging around with the mega family lately. Renu has plans to launch him as an actor in a few years.
