Pawan Kalyan bid good-bye to acting to focus on politics. On the other hand, his former wife is resuming acting. Renu Desai, who took divorce from Pawan Kalyan, is beginning her new innings as actress.
She has signed two films recently and one of them will be commencing next week.
Renu Desai is returning to Tollywood after a gap of 15 years. She debuted opposite Pawan Kalyan in “Badri” and had acted in films like “Johnny” but she discontinued acting after she started living with Pawan Kalyan.
In 2009, she married him and had two kids with him. However, their wedded life was short-lived as it ended in divorce.
While Pawan Kalyan married Anna, a Russian woman, Renu Desai is leading solo life with her two kids in Pune.
She recently got engaged to a businessman and is planning to marry him later this year.
She is back to Tollywood and has already bagged two films.
“I am so happy to share with you guys that I have signed a film recently. I will be playing a very special character. I am playing Hemalatha Lavanam Garu’s character in a film directed by Vamsi Krishna garu. Have some more awesome news to share about one more important project I signed and will be shooting for it next week,” she posted on Instagram.
