Pawan To Neutralise Mudragada Campaign?

Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is understood to have sought the help of power star and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan in neutralising the adverse campaign being run by former minister and Kapu strongman Mudragada Padmanabham.

While explaining the measures being taken by the government to secure the reservations for Kapus without facing any legal hurdles, Naidu, during his meeting with Pawan Kalyan, told him that he cannot take emotional decisions under pressure from somebody.

If the courts reject the reservations, as has happened in the case of Muslim reservations, the situation will come back to square one and people will blame only the government and not Mudragada.

Naidu reportedly requested that Pawan takes this message strongly into people. Apparently, the Jana Sena chief assured that he would have a meeting of all Kapu leaders and try to explain the ground realities at the earliest.

However, Mudragada cautioned Pawan Kalyan not to fall into the trap of Naidu and betray Kapus.

“Don’t reduce your stature by joining hands with Naidu and get convinced by his arguments. You should realise that Naidu’s assurance lacked sincerity and integrity,” Mudragada said in a letter to Pawan, asking him to stop going with Naidu.
