Pooja Hegde is one side gaining good offers in big star films but on the other side she is being trolled by fans of the big stars. Until recently, she used to be recognised as a lucky charm.
Her films like Aravinda Sametha, Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo, Maharshi became blockbusters. Even her cameos in Rangasthalam and Gaddalakonda Ganesh helped movies to collect more.
But Radhe Shyam and Beast failed to sustain the success. Beast has ended Thalapathy Vijay’s success streak in other languages while in Tamil Nadu, it is managing to collect better due to Vijay’s star power.
Vijay fans are calling Pooja Hegde, iron leg and trolling her and even Prabhas fans have joined them. But Pooja has Acharya and a special song in F3, which can turn the tide if they become successful.
She also has Trivikram Srinivas’s next with Mahesh Babu which can end the trolls for ever if it becomes as successful as their previous films.
This kind of behaviour by fans during uneven success and failure graph, where one heroine is praised as lucky charm one day and trolled as iron leg the next day, has become common. We hope that changes soon.
