Young Rebel Star Prabhas is doing multiple pan-Indian projects like ‘Adipurush’, ‘Salaar’ and ‘Project K’ at this point in time along with another film tentatively titled ‘Raja Deluxe’ under Maruthi’s direction. While ‘Adipurush’ is set to hit the screens on 16th June, Prasanth Neel’s action flick is expected to arrive on 28th September. With two releases in the second half of 2023, Prabhas is going to have a very busy few months.
Sources say that he is going to begin working on Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit’. Ever since it was announced, there was a lot of hype on this movie but with both director and hero being busy with their other projects, ‘Spirit’ got delayed. When it was announced, it was only T-Series who were the producing this crazy project.
However, recent sources suggest that Vishwa Prasad who owns People Media Factory has become a key stakeholder in ‘Spirit’. Apparently, he will be co-producing it and a trusted sources says, “Vishwa Prasad is presently bankrolling a Prabhas-starrer under Maruthi’s direction. He has a good association with the superstar. He reportedly paid a bomb to acquire stakes in the pan-Indian film ‘Spirit’, which is months away from going on the floors. The film’s budget may also have been revised in the light of Vishwa Prabhas coming on board.”
Grapevine suggests that Vishwa Prasad has also acquired the theatrical rights of ‘Adipurush’ Telugu version. It looks like the producer has developed a strong bond with Prabhas and is aiming to go to the next level with these pan-Indian flicks. Let us wait and see what happens.
