Former Indian cricketer and Punjab cabinet minister Navjot Singh Sidhu has strongly condemned the attacks on CRPF soldiers but went on to state that, “For a handful of people, can you blame the entire nation and can you blame an individual?”
This remark received mixed response but netizens have slammed the ex-cricketer. Now the netizens are demanding to sack Navjot from ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ and if he is not removed, they threatened to boycott the show. In not time ‘#BoycottSidhu’ started trending.
Navjot was under the hammer ever since he visited Pakistan for the swearing of Imran Khan as Prime Minister. Back then he defended his visit which invited a lot of criticism. Navjot said that the trip was his personal.
But the fresh remarks on Pulwama attack, is not appreciated by not even a single person.
