Queen Elizabeth II to watch Baahubali 2 before any of us?

Now, that’s why you should be the Queen of England, because then you get to watch one of the most awaited films of 2017, first. As per reports on India Today, The British Film institute will screen Indian films as part of ‘India on film’ program from 24th April, The idea was to celebrate India’s 70 years of Independence. Turns out, one of the films will be SS Rajamouli‘s much talked Baahubali: The Conclusion. As per reports, Queen Elizabeth and Narendra Modi are likely to attend the event. However, this news is yet to be confirmed. We don’t know what’s a bigger honour, Queen of England and Prime Minister Narendra Modi attending the event or both of them getting a chance to watch the movie.

In other news, SS Rajamouli has confirmed that the trailer will be out in Mid-march, while speaking with a leading Telugu channel. Reportedly it will be a grand event like the first look. So far the posters have received mixed reviews but the latest one that released on Maha Shivratri impressed fans hugely. Considering, Bahaubali himself is a Shiva devotee, the poster only reaffirmed his faith. Part 2 is going to be bigger, grander in every sense – Right from the visuals to the architecture to the war sequences. In fact, one of the highlights of the action sequences will be the face-off between Bahaubali and Bhallaladeva. We are too excited! The Baahubali team wrapped up on Jan 6, 2017 . It was an overwhelming moment for the cast and crew as their 4 year old journey came to an end. Currently, 33 VFX studios are at work to meet the deadline – 28th April, 2017.

Rana Daggubati while speaking with Bollywoodlife, explained why Baahubali 2 is going to be big – “One is the visual spectacle in terms of palaces and architecture and the scale with it is shot at. And not to forget the mighty big war that comes right at the end – That just blew our minds off. Even for somebody like us who know what it is like to shot a war, when we look at this – It’s very different from what part 1 was.”
