Sukumar’s Rangasthalam is turning out to be one of the biggest hits in Tollywood. Not only Ram Charan’s Chitti Babu’s character, but each character in Rangasthalam has been designed with utmost perfection in typical Sukumar style and thus, each character stood out in the movie.
One of the characters that gained prominence in Rangasthalam is Jabardasth Mahesh’s character. Mahesh played Chitti Babu’s assistant in the movie and his acting was a revelation. Especially, his performance in the scene where he emotionally breaks down about Chitti Babu’s Nanamma and also in the scene where Chitti Babu carries his brother’s body on his shoulder has made everyone take notice of Mahesh’s talent.
Needless to say, Mahesh is overwhelmed by all the accolades he has been receiving for his performance. He said that his new mobile’s battery is dying in no time due to the countless calls he has been getting since the film’s release. He further said that Jagapathi Babu personally called him to appreciate his performance.
Talking about his family, Mahesh said that he lost his father and that his mother was apprehensive when he entered movies, but she is quite happy seeing everyone appreciating her son. Mahesh further said that he never expected such popularity for his role and that he will always be thankful to Sukumar for all the love he has been getting for Rangasthalam.
