RGV Stirred Another Controversy With ‘Sasikala’ Film


Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma has churned yet another controversy with his upcoming film “Sasikala”. After creating a stir with Lakshmi’s NTR and Power Star, RGV is making yet another controversy in Tamil Nadu. He announced that he would be making a film called Sasikala, which will release before the state elections in Tamil Nadu.

Taking to Twitter, RGV posted, “Making a film called SASIKALA.. it’s about what a woman S and a man E did to a Leader ..Film will release before TN elections on the same day as the biopic of the Leader..it is easiest to kill when you are the closest” – Ancient Tamil Saying.”

Going by his tweet, we can understand that the film will also have a special episode on Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi Palaniswami.The ace director’s announcement comes after the reports that Sasikala, is likely to be released from prison has surfaced. Sasikala is currently in the Jail after being sentenced in a disproportionate assets case.

The film is being produced by Rakesh Reddy the producer of Lakshmi’s NTR. “It will be about a highly complex and conspiratorial relationship between J, S and E P S,” Varma added in his tweet.
