Sankranthi Saves Vinaya Vidheya Rama!

With the poor response and reviews on the first day, many thought ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ would vanish from theatres in no time. Accordingly the second day collections dropped drastically to just Rs 4 crore share.

However, being a typical commercial film and release before holidays have saved ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ from becoming a disaster. The film which had raked up Rs 25 crore on the first day, made Rs 20 crore in the next four days. Summing all these, ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ has collected nearly Rs 50 crore share and is mostly likely to end at Rs 60 crore share. This means the film got away from registering as one of all time biggest flops.

With the weekend around, this will be added advantage to the Ram Charan’s film. Even if the movie would have received an average talk, the success and collections would have been far better, opined many. Director Boyapati Sreenu has wasted a golden opportunity.  Â
