Stephenson will be the first target for ‘MP’ Revanth

After getting a big shock in the assembly elections, Congress fire brand leader Revanth Reddy turned very cautious. He made right moves to get the popular Malkajgiri Lok Sabha ticket from the Congress high command and then he did extensive campaign from the day one as and when his name was confirmed.

Among the 17 Congress candidates, Revanth appears more confident that he will certainly win this time. Not confining to this, Revanth is now thinking about what to talk and debate in Lok Sabha, if he gets elected. On that Revanth has zeroed on three topics and one among them is to take revenge on MLA who booked him in the infamous ‘Cash for Vote’ scandal.

It was an Anglo-Indian MLA by name Stephenson who made Revanth caught red-handed. After stepping into Lok Sabha, Revanth is expected to question what is the point of having a nominated Anglo-Indian MLA and might propose to abolish this category. According to him, India achieved freedom about seven decades back and despite this, the state is giving importance to Anglo-Indians. This trend should go, is what in the mind of Revanth. If he succeeds then Stephenson might well lose his MLA job but there is a lot of process for it to happen.

The other two issues are Revanth wants to raise the topic of ‘North PM – South President’ policy and then about the central cabinet. With Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat politicians getting key cabinet portfolios, Revanth wants to show dissent on this.

Seems like Revanth did his done good amount of search on these topics and let’s see will he get a chance or not.
